Our Commitment

B2 Elevated provides recovery housing and support services without regard to race, color, religion or creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability, familial status, marital status, source of income, or any other characteristic protected under the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable California law.

Recovery Status

Consistent with our mission, B2 Elevated does not discriminate against applicants or residents on the basis of their history of substance use or mental health treatment. Program eligibility is based on our published intake criteria, applied consistently to every applicant.

Equal Access to Services

Housing placement, referrals, and support services are offered on an equal basis to everyone who meets our program's eligibility criteria. No one is denied services because of a protected characteristic listed above.

Reasonable Accommodations

We provide reasonable accommodations for applicants and residents with disabilities upon request, consistent with our obligations under the Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
